KSBC 4th SEASON

The 4th season of Kahawa Sukari Basketball Community League (KSBC’s) kicked off with aplomb. The games started at JKUAT campus on Saturday 12th March.
I had the opportunity to witness some of the action since my team (4-Christ) had a game against Annanuki Spurs. Ours was a game of mixed emotion and high octane performance from both teams. We started off poorly letting our opponents sprint to a 16 point lead by the end of the third quarter. Being the first game of the season we had trouble with team chemistry and communication, we were sloppy in defense and we weren’t converting our chances.
However everything clicked in the fourth quarter. The team showed great character and desire to cover the 16 point deficit and force overtime where we won the game 45-49. The fourth quarter was electrifying and action packed as both teams tried their best to outscore the other.
The first day was full of fun, bliss and exhilarating action. If you missed the games from this weekend please do your best to try and attend the next ones this coming weekend.
That’s all from me today. You can follow up on other games via this link https://ksbcleague.com/2022/03/12/clippers-surprise-ruiru-baptist-as-4-christ-rally-late-in-overtime-to-secure-a-win/
